On May 5 -6 in Ellikqala district in the Republic of Karakalpakstan a great event that reflects Uzbek history, art and traditions will be held by the organizers of Asrlar Sadosi Fund Forum and the UNESCO Tashkent Office. The participants and guests of the festival will have an excellent opportunity to learn making musical instruments, enjoy tightrope walker shows, to sample Uzbek culinary delights and to feast your eyes on masterfully crafted Uzbek national costumes among other activities.
Festival is accompanied by the exhibition-fair of applied arts, where the best masters of ceramics, embossing, embroidery, miniature, textile and woodworking, national puppet makers and other artists demonstrate their works and the process of creating them. Except folk events the program of the Festival also includes the scientific background.
