We invite you for interesting tour with visits to ancient cities of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Medieval Khiva, blessed Bukhara, famous Samarkand, ancient Merv, mysterious Darwaza Crater and white stone city Ashgabad are waiting for you. 

Day 1
Tashkent

Arrival in Tashkent. Transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation. Overnight. 

Day 2
Tashkent - Urgench - Khiva

Early breakfast.

Transfer to local airport.

08:30 Arrival in Urgench.

Meeting, transfer to Khiva (30km). Hotel check-in (if rooms are ready).

Start sightseeing in the old part of Khiva – Ichan Kala known as “Inner town”. Ichan Kala which is the biggest open air museum in Central Asia consists of the following architectural monuments: Ata Darbaza (West Gate), Kunya Ark, Muhammad Rakhim-Khan Madrassa, Muhammad Aminkhan Madrassa, Kalta Minor Minaret.

Continue city tour with visits to Juma Mosque and Minaret, Islam Khodja Madrassa and Minaret, Said Alauddin Mausoleum, Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, the last Khiva Khan Allakulikhan’s Madrassa and Tosh Hovli Palace where was the harem with 40 concubines, Caravanserai and Tim Allakulikhan.

Transfer to the hotel. Night in the hotel. 

Day 3
Khiva – Kunya Urgench – Darwaza

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Turkmen – Uzbek Border Pass the border. (Check point Shavat).
Moving to Kunya-UrgenchStart sightseeing tour with visiting: the founder mausoleum of Sufi sects "Kubra" Nadzhimetdin Kubra (XII-XIII centuries); the mausoleum of Mongolian princess Torebeg-Hanym (XII-XIV centuries); minaret Mamun (X-XI centuries); minaret Kutlug-Timur (XII-XIV c, the highest minaret in Central Asia - 67m height); mausoleum Kyrkmolla (II in BC - III A.D.); mausoleum Arslan II (the oldest building in the city - date of its bookmark is roughly estimated by XI century).

Transfer by car to gas crater Darwaza (260 km North from Ashgabad).
In 1971 geologists accidentally found an underground cavern filled with natural gas. The ground beneath the drilling rig collapsed, leaving a large hole with a diameter of about 50-100 meters. To avoid poisonous gas discharge, it was decided to burn the gas. Geologists had hoped the fire would go out in a few days but it has been burning ever since. Locals have named the cavern The Gate to Hell, and the sight of the crater at night indeed gives a somewhat spooky feel. 

The views are most impressive in the dark, and an overnight stay in tents near the crater is a unique experience, especially when accompanied by a barbeque dinner.

Day 4
Darwaza - Ashgabad
Breakfast. 
Transfer to Ashgabad, visit Erbent desert community on the way.
Half day city tour including visits to Anau mosque ruins, Ahalteke horse stables, Carpet Museum and (Sunday) bazaar. 

Day 5
Ashgabad - Nisa - Ashgabad

Breakfast in the hotel. 

Start city tour with visits to Ertogrul Gazy Mosque, Independence Park with Monument of Independence (it's a 118m column that consider the highest building in the country),  Neutrality Arch - an unique composition that  rotates slowly after the sun. Visiting  National Museum, where you can see more than 166 unique  exposition from Ancient Merv and Nissa. 

A trip to ancient Nissa (18km from Ashgabad) that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the ruins of the ancient city (the date of foundation of the I millennium BC - I millennium BC). Return back to Ashgabad. Visit en-route Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum. It's considered the biggest in Central Asia (10 thousands of people). There're beautiful garden and fountains near the mosque. 

Transfer to the hotel. Overnight. 

Day 6
Ashgabad - Mary - Bukhara

Breakfast.
08:00 Departure for Mary.

08:40 Arrival in Mary. 
Moving to Ancient Merv (UNESCO). Discover historical park with: Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum, Mohammed bin Said Mausoleum, medieval castles – “Kesk” fortresses (6-7 centuries) and others. Return to Mary. Visit the History museum of Merv region.

Transfer to the border post for border crossing. (Check point Farab).
Meeting, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7
Bukhara

Breakfast in the hotel.

City tour along the old part of Bukhara including visits to the Mausoleum of Samanids, Bolo Hauz Mosque and the Ark Fortress – the oldest citadel dating back to the I century BC, Poi Kalon Square with Kalon Minaret and Mosque, Mir Arab Madrassa.

There are three trading domes or so called covered bazaars preserved from the XVI century and these bazaars were the centers for trade of silk, jewelry and even for money exchange. Today as well, one can enjoy and purchase different souvenirs of a wide range, from small souvenir magnets to the famous Bukhara carpets.

Visits to Ulughbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrassas, Abdullakhan’s Tim and a visit to the Caravanserai Sayfuddin which is the Center of Handicraft Development of Bukhara. Magoki Attari Mosque. Lyabi Hauz is the center of old Bukhara and it is an architectural complex of the XVII century that includes Nadir Divanbegi Madrassa and Khanaqa, Kukeldash Madrassa and the monument of the famous historical comedian figure Khodja Nasreddin is also based in this square.

Dinner with folk show in Nodir Divan Begi Madrassah. Night in the hotel. 

Day 8
Bukhara - Samarkand

Breakfast. 

On the way we can visit workshop of famous Uzbek pottery master Abdulla Narzullaev in Gijduvan city. There tourists can learn how ceramics are making and even buy some of them. Arrival in Samarkand, check in the hotel.

Free time. Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 9
Samarkand - Tashkent

Breakfast.

Sightseeing tour of Samarkand with visiting: Gur Emir Mausoleum (Tamerlan's tomb), Ruhabad Mausoleum, Registan Square (a heart of the city), Bibi-Hanum Mosque, orient bazaar Siyab, Shahi Zinda Necropolis, Ulugbek’s Observatory,  Mausoleum of Khodja Doniyor known as Saint Daniel.
16:00 Transfer to the railway station.
17:00 Depart Samarkand by high-speed train «Afrosiab».

19:10 Arrival in Tashkent. 
Dinner. Accommodation. Overnight. 

Day 10
Tashkent

Breakfast.

Sightseeing tour of Tashkent begins with visiting old part of the city: Architectural complex Khast Imam (Mausoleum of imam Kaffal al-Shashi, Barak-khan Madrassah, Tellya Sheikh Madrassah, Mui-Mubarak Madrassah, Juma Mosque, Imam Ismail al-Bukhari Islamic Institute), Hadra square, Kukeldash Medressa, bazaar Chorsu.

Continue excursion around European part of the city: Amir Timur Square, Theatre Square, Independence SquareMonument of Courage, Tashkent TV Tower and Memorial to the Victims of Repression.

Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11
Tashkent
Breakfast. 
Transfer to the aiport. The end of the tour.
